Services to do anything or post User Content that is objectively offensive in any and all ways, not engage in activities that would first require our permission without seeking permission, act in a way that wouldÂ

By stating the above, Mueller Asset Strategies, Inc. also disclaims, as fully as is permitted by law, any and all warranties whether or not stated, implied, or otherwise existing including warranties against infringement of third parties intellectual property rights, warranties of merchantability, warranties of fitness, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, warranties regarding delays, errors, interruptions, or omissions on the Mueller Asset Strategies, Inc. Platform or by Mueller Asset Strategies, Inc. Services. Mueller Asset Strategies, Inc. does not warrant that the Mueller Asset Strategies, Inc. Platform or Mueller Asset Strategies, Inc. Limitation of LiabilityÂ

Dispute ResolutionÂ
Idaho law governs the Terms herein. You agree that any disputes or claims under these Terms will be litigated exclusively in the state and federal courts located in New York. Further, You agree that any claim arising under these Terms will be litigated on an individual basis and will not be conjoined or consolidated with any other claim of any other partyÂ
MiscellaneousÂ
Mueller Asset Strategies, Inc. may delegate, assign, or transfer our rights under these Terms in our sole discretion. If Mueller Asset Strategies, Inc. fails to enforce any provision of these Terms, whether against you or another User, you agree that said failure does not constitute a waiver to enforce any provisions of these Terms. If any of the provisions of these Terms is legally deemed or made invalid, the invalidity does not affect the remainder of these Terms. Mueller Asset Strategies, Inc. reserves all rights not which may not expressly be granted in these Terms and also disclaim all implied licenses.
